Ingredients
- Handful of spinach leaves
- 1/2 cucumber
- 4 red & 4 yellow cherry tomatoes
- Onion
- Papa Vince Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- Papa Vince Balsamic Vinegar
- Papa Vince Sea Salt, Black Pepper
How to make
- Put the spinach leaves in a bowl.
- Peel the skin off the cucumber then using the Papa Vince peeler, make long strips of cucumber.
- Finely chop the cherry tomatoes and finely slice the onion with the Papa Vince peeler.
- Put all the prepared ingredients into the bowl and mix.
- Add 1 tbsp Papa Vince EVOO and 1/2 tbsp of Papa Vince Balsamic Vinegar + Papa Vince Sea Salt and black pepper to taste.
- Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
