- Once the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the pan with the zucchini. Turn off the burner. - Beat the egg and stir it into the hot pasta and zucchini mixture, allowing the residual heat to cook the egg slightly, creating a creamy texture.

- Drizzle with Papa Vince Chili EVOO for an added kick and serve immediately, topped with a bit of grated parmesan cheese if desired.
