THE SAFE CHOICE FOR GLUTEN SENSITIVITIES - Discovered this pasta on Amazon and ordered because of its low gluten rating. DELICIOUS, NUTRITIOUS, AND GREAT FOR DIABETICS! - I loved this pasta! It was delicious with sautéed zucchini, onions and garlic, topped with olive oil and pecorino romano grating cheese. The texture was a little different the first day because I didn’t cook it long enough ( now I know!) but it was marvelous the second day after putting it aside as left overs.

I LOVE how nutritious it is! Forget gluten free- GO TUMMINIA! It’s like supplements levels of nutrition!

Also it’s true what they say about it not spiking your blood sugar. My friend is diabetic and he wanted to try it so he gave himself a normal dose of insulin that he normally would to enjoy some pasta. However this didn’t spike his blood sugar AT ALL so his blood sugar tanked because it didn’t do what he expected with the dose he took preventatively! No worries he ok😅
And what this means is he has found a pasta that he can eat on a regular basis without the normal dose of insulin required for other pastas! That’s great news for him!!

The staff is friendly and helpful and I recommend this product 💯 ( also they really are in Sicily and I plan on visiting their farm the next time I visit)
