Best Seasoning for Ribeye Steak

This recipe is super simple, delicious and only uses natural fresh ingredients.

When grilling, Sicilians season their steaks with NOTHING - not even salt. This ensures that their steaks remain tender and juicy.

When serving, they top off their steaks with this steak sauce which is made from fresh garlic, tomatoes, and parsley.  This recipe is one of my favorites!!

Ingredients

How to make

  1. Peel and grate the garlic into a bowl using the Papa Vince peeler.
  2. Grate the tomatoes into the bowl.
  3. Add in the chopped parsley.
  4. Add in some Papa Vince Sea Salt and the Papa Vince EVOO.
  5. Stir all the ingredients together and the sauce is ready for your steak.
  6. Grill your steak the way you like it but without adding any extra seasoning.
  7. Serve the steak with a tablespoon of steak sauce on top.
