Ingredients:

1. Prepare the Soffrito:

  • In a large skillet, heat the Papa Vince EVOO over medium heat.
  • Add the diced carrots and celery. Sauté until tender and golden, about 10-12 minutes.

2. Cook the Pasta:

  • While the veggies are frying, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

3. Add the Tomato Sauce:

  • Pour in the Papa Vince Tomato Sauce to the skillet with veggies.
  • Stir to combine and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Combine:

  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta with the sauce and veggies.

5. Serve:

  • Plate your delicious pasta and top with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves if desired.
