Did you know that Olive Oil is one of the world’s first and most prized natural medicines?

- add a spoonful to your breakfast smoothie
- drizzle over hearty winter vegetable soups - you will love the favor boost!
- combine with dark leafy greens such as kale & spinach
- combine with cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower & cabbage (the anti-oxidants also help to absorb the nutrients from other foods)
- Of course you can always add to salads and pasta - it's the Italian way!
