  1. Make the zucchini into noodles using the Papa Vince peeler.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Put the vegetables in a dish.
  4. Pour over the dressing - add as much or as little as you'd like.
  5. Check the seasoning and serve.
