Vegan Romaine, Mini-Pepper & Walnut Salad

A vegan recipe by Jazzy Vegetarian Laura Theodore that is simple, fresh and colorful. For the salad you need romaine lettuce, mini peppers and walnuts and the dressing is made with Papa Vince EVOO and Papa Vince Balsamic Vinegar.

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 medium head romaine, torn in bite-sized pieces
  • 6 to 8 mini sweet peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

    Dressing Ingredients

      How to make Romaine, Mini-Pepper & Walnut Salad

      1. Put salad ingredients into a large bowl.
      2. Put dressing ingredients in to a small bowl and whisk to emulsify.
      3. Pour dressing over salad.
      4. Toss and serve.
