Ricotta Peach and Balsamic Toast

  • 3 Tbsp Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Peach
  • 1 Tbsp Papa Vince Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Brow sugar
  • cinnamon to taste
  • papa vince balsamic vinegar


  1. Toast the bread with Papa Vince olive oil
  2. Combine the ricotta with honey and salt
  3. Spread the ricotta on the toast
  4. Season the peaches with olive oil, brown sugar and cinnamon
  5. Cook the peaches 3 minutes on each side
  6. Put the peaches on top of the toast
  7. Finish with a Papa Vince Balsamic Vinegar and Mint.
