- 3 Tbsp Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Peach
- 1 Tbsp Papa Vince Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Brow sugar
- cinnamon to taste
- papa vince balsamic vinegar
HOW TO MAKE
- Toast the bread with Papa Vince olive oil
- Combine the ricotta with honey and salt
- Spread the ricotta on the toast
- Season the peaches with olive oil, brown sugar and cinnamon
- Cook the peaches 3 minutes on each side
- Put the peaches on top of the toast
- Finish with a Papa Vince Balsamic Vinegar and Mint.
