The Story Of Papa Vince
How we got our start?
Our story starts with Papa Vince, the cute old man on our label — everyone in our family called him Papa Vince. He learned the art of making Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) as an apprentice for the Knight De Stefani at the Medieval Castello of Rampinzeri in Santa Ninfa, Italy — the town where our founder's father was born.
What makes our product unique?
In 2013, founder Vitina brought Papa Vince's standard to the USA, committed to an extra virgin olive oil that truly delivers the health and taste claimed by History and Science. In fact, Papa Vince is one of the few brands to list vitamins on its extra virgin olive oil nutritional panel — and we publish our lab tests right on this site. That is our commitment to excellence.
