No Yes

One bottle to drizzle, three to dip.

Our balsamic condiment with the three small oils — a gift that covers the salad, the bread, and the cheese board.

What’s in the box

  • Balsamic of Sicily Condiment (200 ml / 6.76 fl oz) — thick and sweet, made in western Sicily from wine vinegar and grape must and nothing else. Drizzle, don’t pour: a teaspoon finishes strawberries, aged cheese, roasted vegetables, or a plate of our oil.
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (90 ml / 3 fl oz) — Nocellara del Belice, Sicily. First cold pressed, unfiltered, raw. Lab-tested every harvest.
  • Lemon Olive Oil (90 ml / 3 fl oz) — the same oil, infused with cold-pressed lemon oil from Sicilian lemons. Pressed lemons, never essences.
  • Chili Olive Oil (90 ml / 3 fl oz) — the same oil, infused with cold-pressed chili pepper oil. Pressed peppers, never extracts.

How we use it

Classic oil and a few drops of balsamic on a plate — that’s the bread course. Lemon oil and balsamic over grilled vegetables. Chili oil on the pizza, balsamic on the strawberries after.

Good to know: this is a condiment, not a salad vinegar — sweet, dense, used by the spoonful. Bottles are factory-sealed. Sending it as a present? Choose the gift box option at checkout and add your message in the cart note.

Questions we get

Is the balsamic a vinegar? It’s a balsamic condiment: wine vinegar and grape must, cooked down thick and sweet. Use it like a glaze.

Is it sweet? Yes, naturally, from the grape must — see the Nutrition Facts on the bottle.

Are the oils the same as the big bottles? Yes, same harvest, in 90 ml bottles.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes!! You can compare the smell to fresh-cut grass with hints of tomatoes and artichokes. Olives pick the aromas and flavors from the surrounding vegetation, so every genuine Sicilian extra virgin olive oil is unique. Papa Vince olives are peppery!! That’s why Papa Vince delivers a mild peppery kick straight to your taste buds.

No, we don't have an IOC label. But the quality of our product speaks for itself at first taste. This comes from the simplicity of our process since Papa Vince is literally the juice of the olive. We squeeze/press fresh olives right into each one of our bottles. Simple, natural, and tasty!

It is GLASS!! All Papa Vince products use glass containers and always will.

Why? Glass is cleaner than plastic. The non-porous surface of glass doesn't absorb food and germs (and smells). Glass keeps food fresh for a longer time without the need for preservatives and enhancers. Glass is also food-grade safe. So that’s a lot of good reasons to use glass containers!

Yes, perfectly normal. Papa Vince is unfiltered, which means we don’t use chemical or physical filters to standardize the look of our extra virgin olive oil. This helps us keep a higher level of antioxidants and polyphenols. And, of course, the more antioxidants and polyphenols it contains, the better the measure of health the extra virgin olive oil delivers to the body.

Papa Vince Extra Virgin Olive Oil is not filtered, it’s decanted. After harvesting, we let the oil decant for about 2 months. As a result, Papa Vince Extra Virgin Olive Oil is neither transparent nor cloudy, but just right!

At the time of harvest, the level of polyphenols Papa Vince Extra Virgin Olive Oil contains ranges from 432 mg/kg to 487 mg/kg. Please remember that polyphenols are antioxidants, which are perishable, so this value will slowly decrease with time. Storing your bottle of Papa Vince's Extra Virgin Olive Oil away from heat and light will significantly slow down this natural process.

Yes, it is good to cook with! In fact, you might notice that your food is lighter, digests more easily, and tastes even better!!
