Papa Vince has now become a staple in our home! It is uniquely savory, with a true olive peppery taste which I love to add to my salads and bread dips!!! Purchase a small bottle of this olive oil at the Rossini festival in Knoxville TN. They had a booth selling it. Tried a sample taste, straight, no bread. It was delicious. Fresh tasting, slight peppery taste in the back of the throat, cannot say enough how really good this is. Cannot wait for my summer tomatoes and mozz...I'm also ordering a bottle from Amazon, wishing I had bought the big one here.
